Background / concept:

Two teams of six players join a game. The team must first choose where to place their energy core, the team would have the option of placing it on one of the 7 cars, a vote will be taken and the car with the most votes will be chosen. Then the heart of each team placed, the preparation phase can begin, with a time of 4 minutes. Each team must place walls (Each player has a limited number of walls, doors and turrets) to prevent the destruction of their energy core by the enemy team, players can place them wherever they want (It is advisable in all places. around the wagon, place locked doors between each wagon and make a roof). At the end of the preparation phase, the two trains start and eventually stand side by side, this is where each team must shoot at the enemy wagons to find and destroy the opposing energy core.

Win / lose condition:

 

Objective: Destroy the energetic core of the enemy team, but while defending its energetic core from opponents who want to destroy it.

 

Defeat: When our team's energetic core is destroyed, it is defeat and the game is over.

Main gameplay:

First of all, players are free to create their defenses and place walls to create their train, they will have to use their ingenuity to defend their train well. It is not only their ingenuity that will allow them to win, it is also necessary that the players know how to aim and shoot, because after the construction of the defenses of each team, they must shoot at the enemy train or else jump on the train. opponent to destroy the heart. In the game, he will have two types of gameplay: 1: Place and use turrets on his train to shoot at the opposing train or simply use the basic weapons (Pistol, machine gun, rocket lance, explosive to throw) that the player has to shoot enemies. Otherwise, there is the second option which is more dangerous: 2: When the trains fall side by side, players can jump on the enemy train and try to destroy it from the inside and try to find the heart and destroy it , except the basic weapons equipped on the player do less damage than a fixed turret, this will be a point to take into account.

Game control:

The game is played in first person view. Each player will be very important to his team, as the division of labor between the players on the team will make it easier to achieve victory. Good communication must be considered, especially by microphone to transmit information (status of the heart, enemies on the train, boarding maneuver on the enemy train, etc.). Players will be able to walk, run, jump and interact with various elements placed on their train (especially doors and turrets).

Character design idea:

First of all, the characters of the players will be different depending on the theme of the chosen map, there will be three themes present in the game: the Wild West, the contemporary era and the theme of the future. For example, the theme of the Wild West, the avatars of the players will be cowboys, for the contemporary era the players will be soldiers of our time and for the era of the future, the players will be in black outfits with colored lights which indicates the teams. The aim of these three different eras is to bring different weapons into the game, but also to bring new maps according to the theme and new trains, for example a monorail suspended above the void.

Character concept (Wild West):

For the character design in the Wild West theme, the players will be either cowboys or native american, to make it easier to distinguish between the two teams. Blue will be the main color for cowboy outfits while red will be the color for native american outfits.

Concept of characters (Contemporary period):

For the present day, the skins of the two teams will be quite similar, only a few small parts of the uniforms will be red or blue, but having the same style in general.

For the last theme, the teams will be more easily identifiable. The outfits are inspired by the movie Tron. A black outfit with lights that defines the player’s team.

Points of interest in the game:

The first point of interest of the game is the creative freedom of the players, the players will be free to create their train, the players will have to use their imagination to create their base and defend the heart if they wish to achieve victory. They will be able to choose to place their hearts, but also choose to place walls, doors and make holes in their walls to place turrets or places where they can jump on the enemy train. The second point of the game is replayability, each game will not be the same, since each base, each team will be different from game to game, also there will be several maps, so rail routes, several types of environments (dessert , winter map, suspended rail, plain, map in the rockies, etc.) In addition, the approach of the players to destroy the enemy base brings an element of replayability, they can either use their turrets to destroy the walls of the enemy train and find the heart to destroy it, attack in the enemy train or stay in their train to defend and repair (turrets and walls). The third point of interest would be the team game, this game is a game where you have to work as a team to obtain the victory, for example, if no player remains to defend the train, it will be vulnerable and very easy to destroy , then some players will have to stay defending while others go on the offensive. Players will have to separate roles (unwritten) for the team, a repairman, a turret player, assault soldiers to board the enemy train, or defenders on the train.
